The Shareholder Week Store is hosted on the e-commerce platform, Shopify, Inc., and is managed by our partners at Touchstone Merchandise Group, LLC (TMG). When you have an issue or concern with an order, you will be contacting Touchstone directly. They are experts in the retail industry and can quickly and efficiently process your product exchange. Wham. Bam. Just like that!

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of order delivery. If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us directly within 10 business days of order delivery for the replacement of damaged goods.

EASY EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection for any reason, including needing a different size, you can exchange it within 30 days. Please contact us to initiate your exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your Shareholder Week Store order number and/or the full name of the original purchaser.
